Love art print letterpress style hand pulled broadside typography art black white red, on hand-torn paper.

Using a unique solvent transfer printing technique, a traditional Japanese barren and an etching press, I painstakingly and lovingly transfer my image inch by inch from a paper "plate" onto heavy BFK printmaking paper, 100% cotton rag, which has a beautiful, velvety look. Because each piece is printed by hand, each print is slightly different, adding character to the piece, and making each an original, unique print. Each of these prints is handmade by me, signed, numbered and limited to 90 pieces. Prints are released/sold at random. Specific number requests not available.

All materials used are of highest archival quality. Due to the handmade nature of this item, expect minor fluctuations from print to print. Please note: this is NOT a reproduction, it is not a "giclee", it is not printed from a $89 ink jet printer. It is a hand pulled, limited edition fine art print.

Paper size: 5" x7" (generous borders for matting, or slip it right into a standard 5"x7" frame. Can also be trimmed to fit a 4"x6" frame). Second photo shows the piece in an 8"x10" Ikea Ribba frame with mat, not included with purchase.
